Dying Vision: Plague Bringer – lyric video

Lyric video for the London-based extreme metal act Dying Vision for the song 'Plague Bringer'. Simple treatment of the album artwork with added animation and visual effects compositing, timed to the key beats of the song. The band approached me to create supporting visuals for their second album 'The Death and Its Slaughter' (2020). Initially commissioned as a visualizer, the band was impressed by the animation and decided to turn it into a lyric video. The aggressive sound was met with a very dark animation, perfect for the dark atmosphere in the music.
